KM Auto Detailing requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date for high-ticket services, including Ceramic Coating, Paint Correction, Full Vehicle Tinting, and Paint Protection Film (PPF).

Our services require 1 to 2 full days of dedicated studio time. When you book, we block out this time exclusively for your vehicle and refuse other work. Therefore, the deposit is strictly non-refundable and serves to secure your commitment to the appointment. The balance of your invoice is due upon completion of the service, prior to the vehicle leaving the studio.

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled drop-off time.

If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, we will transfer your deposit to a new booking date. If you fail to provide 48 hours' notice, or fail to show up for your appointment, your deposit is forfeited entirely to compensate for the lost studio time. Any future bookings will require a new deposit.

Clients must remove personal belongings such as bags, child seats, electronics, and documents from the vehicle prior to interior detailing. KM Auto Detailing will not be held responsible for any lost items or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

Our 15-point free paint health inspection process is designed to set clear expectations. However, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, extremely deep scratches, or pre-existing clear coat failures. We promise to execute professional techniques to achieve the best possible result given the condition of the vehicle; we do not guarantee miracles on irreversibly damaged surfaces.

Ceramic coating bonds require proper maintenance. The longevity of any coating applied by KM Auto Detailing is subject to the client following the designated aftercare instructions, specifically regarding automated brush car washes (which void warranties) and chemical exposure.

All prices communicated via SMS, online estimators, or phone are starting estimates. Final pricing is exclusively confirmed in person after Keyhan conducts a physical assessment of the vehicle's condition under studio lighting.
