A full detail is not a vacuum and a quick wash. It is a systematic clean of the cabin and the exterior in one visit, using the correct products for each surface. The result is a car that is clean to the touch inside, decontaminated and protected outside, and comfortable to be in.
What a full basic detail covers
Inside, the detail begins with a full vacuum of every reachable surface (seats, carpets, boot, under-seat rails, and door pockets). Every hard surface is then cleaned (dashboard, console, door cards, vents, and steering wheel) to a clean, protected finish, not a heavy-shine dressing that attracts dust. Interior glass is polished for streak-free clarity.
Outside, the paint is foam pre-soaked and hand washed using the two-bucket method, then clay barred to lift bonded contamination that washing alone cannot remove. A paint sealant is applied to the clean surface, exterior glass is cleaned, and tyres and trim are dressed.
We do not offer interior-only detailing. Every detail we book covers the whole vehicle, so the inside and outside are finished to the same standard on the same day.
What a full basic detail is not a substitute for: it will not remove swirl marks or scratches from the paint (that is paint correction), repair cracked leather, or remove deeply set stains with guaranteed results. If a specific problem needs inspection first, we will tell you that at booking.
A clean cabin next to contaminated paint still looks like a neglected car. Detailing both together is what makes the whole vehicle present properly.

Cabin hygiene
A full vacuum removes the particulate matter that accumulates in carpets and upholstery over time. Dust and embedded grit are removed, not just moved around.
Decontaminated paint
Clay bar treatment lifts the bonded road grime and fallout that a standard wash leaves behind. The paint is smooth to the touch and ready for protection.
Sealant protection
A paint sealant over clean paint repels water, slows contamination bonding, and makes the car easier to keep clean in the weeks after the detail.
Glass clarity
Interior windscreen glass builds up an oily film from outgassing plastics. Polished glass inside and out removes the haze that causes glare in direct sunlight and at night.
Presentation for resale
Private buyers assess the whole car on first inspection. A properly detailed cabin and exterior signal ownership standard across the vehicle.
Correct material care
Each surface is treated with a product appropriate for its material. No silicone-heavy dressings on interior trim, no harsh chemicals on paint, and no shortcuts on either.
Our full detail process
We work through the vehicle systematically. The sequence matters: loose contamination is removed first so it does not get pushed into surfaces during the clean.

Full interior vacuum
Seats, carpets, boot area, under-seat rails, door pockets, and all crevices. Floor mats are removed, cleaned, and repositioned.

Interior hard surface clean
Dashboard, centre console, door cards, vents, and steering wheel cleaned with material-appropriate products. Clean and protected, not artificially shiny.

Interior glass polish
Windscreen, side windows, and rear glass polished for streak-free clarity, with specific attention to the oily film on the inside of the windscreen.

Foam pre-soak and hand wash
Snow foam applied to loosen surface contamination before any contact, then a two-bucket hand wash of the full exterior. Wheels and arches cleaned separately.

Clay bar decontamination
Fine detailing clay passed across the paint to lift bonded contamination that washing cannot remove, leaving a smooth, clean surface.

Sealant, glass, and final inspection
Paint sealant applied to all painted panels. Exterior glass cleaned, tyres and trim dressed. The whole vehicle is inspected under light before handover.
